I’ve been lax. I haven’t run since last Sat. I’m going to miss my total km/month target again if I don’t get on with it. Beautiful day so off I popped to do my short run with intervals up hill. Decided to lengthen my run slightly due to gorgeous weather and terrible forecast for next week. I did 4km, 5 hill intervals, plodded up to the very top of the hill and added a bit. Then decided I could go another way round an add a bit more.
I’m still going to have to do a LOT of running to hit my target for the first quarter. 15.5km by the end of the month. It is do-able if I get on with it...but will I?

That looks a bit like the river we ran past at weekend. I enjoyed a run yesterday, first time since Saturday. Did not feel up to a run before then, was so snotty.
A bit of spring gloriousness certainly makes you want to run.
Was late for work in the end as reluctant to turn round and run back. I too achieved 6.
I love running alongside water. Just been to Devon for 2 days without my running stuff - such s shame. So off out now in the dark as I've eaten like a horse!! 🐎
