Iā€™ve now done x5 60 mins runs. Try to plan out routes that are easier as itā€™s so hilly where I live. So today, I did 65 minutes - covered 9k! Thatā€™s my limit for a while though!

Fantastic effort on those hilly runs. Great times for your 9k. I currently encounter hills whichever direction run in - great for stamina. Happy running šŸ¤—

You shame me granny hugs... i deliberately planned a route that was mostly down hill or level as I was keen to increase time! On my shorter run during the week I ā€˜ranā€™ a hilly route. When I got to the very top, I could see for miles and it was such a clear sunny evening. If I hadnā€™t been near weeping with effort it would have made a lovely picture! The downhill run though after.... it was lovely!

Great work, I avoided hills until feb this year by always driving to a flat area, just glad i tackled them before lockdown prevented driving. šŸ¤—

Thank you buddy! I was thinking about you doing you ten-miler when I was out. That is so incredible!

Thank you, Tim. I am so chuffed! I wonā€™t be adding to it distance or time for a while. Just as your post says, itā€™s all about consolidation! The last few weeks Iā€™ve been doing 2 or 3 shorter runs and then a longer one. Works out ok. Speed improving slowly but Iā€™m not overly concerned with speed. Distance and time enough for me!
