So I upped my run to 9k this morning and it was fine. It took me a while to get into my stride as I went out too fast like I always do and the gremlins tried to distract me by messing with my mp3 player but once I got over that I was OK. Completed in 57 mins according to garmin. I think I'm going to stick with this distance for a while as my Monday 'long run' just to make sure everything's OK, I felt like I'd reached my limit by the end.
I'm not sure about the daylight running, I miss the early mornings when it's so quiet and there is little traffic or dog walkers around. But I did get to do a different route that was more country, less town as I never feel that happy running on isolated streets in the early morning darkness on my own.
Hope the rest of you are having a good start to the week

Wow, you're going really pacey and running for 57 mins. I've just started week 2 of Sam Murphy, so it was three 15min intervals for me this morning, and I really need those 1 minute walking breaks. 45 minutes of running is challenging enough, but I'm looking forward to hopefully increasing to be able to run for an hour/10K.
