Wasn’t sure what to expect today. Ran last tues, then virus (or something) struck and off work & in bed 2 days feeling grotty. Went to work Friday, quietist weekend, felt fine today so thought I’d try a run. No expectations, just wanted to see if I could. Went on my off road route. Quite bumpy with some meaty hills. The k’s ticked by, legs felt great. Got in the flow for sure, as it felt so comfy and I did 9.25k. Not fast I know, 67 mins but I’m happy and so far, 🤞🏻No niggly aches or pains. What a buzz I have right now. Hope it lasts!! Happy day. 😎 Ready now for wk7 Juju magic 10.

Very well done Dowat! Doesn’t it feel great when everything clicks into place like that? 👍 10k is yours for the taking! 👊👍👏

Thanks cheekychipmunks, I was so tempted to do 10k as legs etc felt good. But, I thought ‘No,’ I’d best stick with the plan. That said I am looking forward to next long run.

Now that’s what I call excellent restraint, Dowat! Very smart. 👍😀

I love it when a run just flows like that, and you can just settle in and enjoy it. Hills too! Fab 😊
