....but not the worst one either.
For some reason, it was hard work and I wasn’t quite feeling it today. Set off with the intention of doing an 8-10k slowish or comfortable run
One thing I did really enjoy today was changing course half way, and discovering unchartered territory. Not talking the hanging gardens of Babylon, just more but different suburbia but nonetheless great to have a change of scenery.
I wasn’t exactly sure initially what distance the new route would have me running today. I get a shout out of pace ( or lack of 🤣) at every km. So after 7k I knew then I was near home and decided then I’d call it a day at 8k and picked up the pace a little bit for the last km.
Not the best run today, but better than no run ( as Laura says, and another poster from today too )
