Birthday run - all the 5’s

55 today, so had a nice 5k run 🏃‍♂️ in the pouring rain ☔️ 🌧 in advance of one or two little drinks tonight.

My other half informs me that there was steam coming off of my almost hairless head upon my return home, but I’m not bothered about that 💪

Pity my pace wasn’t 5.55 per km to have a complete set of all the 5’s 🤣
