Well haven’t post on the forum all in which I have done three runs 5k 3k and just got back from a 10k which I am landed about

Thanks ForbiddenPlanet I plan to try and do one a week if I can I run a 5k at a steady pace and then I do 3.5 k at a quicker pace well for me anyway 😂🤣then I try a 10K at the end of the week so far so good 👍 but there’s no pressure so I just enjoy the run 🏃‍♂️
