I'm back at long last!!

Its taken a while but after a good 7 week layoff due to a calf injury, I felt brave and so after a good stretch off, I set off on a steady jog through the fields along side the sheep and there newly born lambo's!! To say I was chuffed is an understatement, I managed to run 5 miles without stopping and without injury. After a hot shower and a good nights sleep I did ache a little bit in the morning but nothing out the ordinary! So today is a rest day, but I will be using Boris's exercise allowance today by pootling a few miles on my bike followed by a couple of cheeky midweek glasses of wine!

Cheers everyone, Keep running and stay safe!

Great result after a lay off! Well done. The wine was very much deserved. Hope you can keep on keeping on!
