Finally back to 5k

After a period of injury and 4 months of non running, elderly parents during Covid 19 and trips to hospital with my elderly Mum for wound dressing, I've finally reached my goal of running 5k 3 times a week with my lovely husband in the mornings as he's now working from home 😉

Alternated with dog walks on non run days feel I'm getting there at last 🤗

Happy running and keep safe everyone,. Thank goodness for our running to keep us all sane, oh and alcohol and chocolate 🤣🤣
