This week has made me wobble a bit. I work as an Administrator in a GP surgery so am still at work, it’s been quite pressured and I’ve been more stressed than usual. I’ve just not been motivated to run because I’ve been using my exercise time to walk or cycle in the evenings with my husband instead. I’ve decided to try to get my routine back a bit today and head out for a run straight after work today - it’ll probably be slow and hard after a week off but I’ll give it my best shot. Post update: Did run a bit today but it was mostly a fail - legs and mind wouldn’t co-ordinate so only ran for 1.5km and walked for a further 2km. Try again on Sunday. Keep on keeping on and stay safe everyone x
