Running therapy

Just back from a very therapeutic 6k along the Brampton Valley Way here in Northants. It was sunny and a slightly nippy 4 degrees but a really lovely morning. Although it was early there were quite a few people out including about fifteen runners (I assume a club) all carefully spaced out who gave me a series of cheery good mornings as we passed. It was really nice to get out and forget about everything if only for a short time. Wishing everybody happy and safe running this weekend.

Lovely run for you, I'm waiting for temperature to rise a bit here 🤣 lovely to great fellow runners. I think those taking to the outdoors are really friendly , happy to see there are others around. Happy running 🤗

Sounds like a perfect run. 😀More runners, and more fit(ter) people hopefully a positive aspect of the crisis - like cleaner air.

Does anyone else pretend for 10 minutes that nothing is going on? It's very calming 🙂

Yes certainly, it's somehow a little easier when you are out in the countryside. It's about a 15 minute drive to this location for me, but worth it, especially at the moment.
