Yes but waited 30 hours before I run again I am hoping to do a park run Saturday so I can a full days rest before I run it lol think I am getting the running bug ,thank you 👍 I haven’t done any bike work for a few days so thought I put in a extra run 🏃‍♂️😂

I think you’ll really enjoy the park run.

I was amazed last week at my first ever one how friendly, encouraging, and welcoming everyone was. Nobody will make a fuss, so nothing is a big deal to anyone there.
