Another morning run

What a beautiful morning for a run, warm but not hot, still and just the odd drop of rain. 7k followed by a quick shower, breakfast and out for a 6.5k walk with the boys and hubby. Not a bad mornings work. Earned my piece of chocolate cake tonight 😋

well strictly the youngest (13 months) was in the pushchair. He'd love to be walking but I haven't been able to get his feet measured yet so no shoes! The oldest is 3&1/2, he was up on my husband's back for about half of it as the roads were too busy but he walked the rest!

You certainly did! How did the walk feel after the run? 7k is a good run and a little rain too makes it even better. Well done keeping going. That's the magic of it.

Walk was good after the run, pushed the pushchair all the way too so there must be some cross training in there somewhere 😉 Really enjoying my running at the moment... long may it last!
