Recovered from jet lag and headed out for run. Planned 7/8 k and decided just to go slow and get the distance in. I had done an 8k before my holidays but was struggling on my return. So pleased to have done 8k and kept on JuJu’s plan.

Great run, speed is so personal, that's fast running for me. Glad you are over your jetlag and back on form. Happy running 🤗

Thank you. I am convinced that running in Florida has helped my speed as today’s run was faster, albeit only a minute, than last time I did the same run. Hope you are getting plenty granny hugs 🤗
