So I have finished my first full year as a runner, 100 runs, 701km, 25 runs of 10k or more, 2 organised 10Ks, an organised 10 miler, the Great North Run and a solo half marathon. After 23 years of sitting on the couch doing nothing I'm pretty proud of that.
In other news today was day 10 of my 50 5ks in 50 days challenge, was set for a good one until I turned back into the wind for the last 2k and almost came to a halt.
Double park run tomorrow morning at Newbiggin and Druridge Bay.
Run happy, run safe.
