No sunshine today but no rain or wind either . Was a bit tired on today's run but still wanted to do it.

Last night we picked up our daughter and niece from the Lewis Capaldi concert in Glasgow's Hydro. Time we got back out of Glasgow and home it was after 12 , time I got to sleep it was after 1am. My alarm went off at 6 so time to get up .

But do you know theres nothing like a run to wake you up and fill you with energy.

Near the end of the run I noticed the 2 swans were out the pond so took a photo.

Next run , Monday. Happy running people, have a great weekend. 😊😊

Good run for you today Buddy34, I hope your daughter and niece enjoyed the concert last night, that was a late night for you as well.

No parkrun for me tomorrow, however, I intend to run a 6K as part of the Vitality Running World Cup which I am in the Healthunlocked team as you are as well, have a lovely weekend, good photo of the swans.

Wow - a late night and up for your run? That’s proper tough! Like the reflection of the flats in the water, nice contrast of nature versus urban.

Yes it's a massive housing estate newly built and there are 2 ponds made . Something to do with catching excess water . Now there are swans, ducks and now and again a heron
