When the bed is sooo warm after a chilly night shift, it's solo tempting to stay put. But those " I missed a run gremlins" would've had a field day 👀 ....
Don't be staying indoors get yourselves out there and run it doesn't matter how far, how fast, how steep etc just run.

Thanks Ghugs even though now competently running in silence (and loving every step) I can still hear Michael coaching me on breathing and telling me about running with minimal effort etc..
Loving being able to just Lace up and escape outdoors.
