Morning runners! A cheeky Tuesday check in from me, had work yesterday so had to alter the schedule a little. An earlyish rise, some stretches and a 1km warm up and I was off for a planned 10k! Nothing fancy, very familiar route and a gentle pace. No aches or pains and run went fairly smoothly after the initial toxic 10. At 10 k I decided just to jog a bit more and finished the run at 11km in 1hr11mins.
Probably good to change my days this week as got a man coming to fit a fence tomorrow π garden improvements have started, that means spring has well and truly sprung and I can begin to look forward to some better weather! πππ
I hope everybody on the IC is better soon so they can appreciate the upturn in sunshine π€π»
Have a great day everyone and happy running! ππ»

π βnothing fancyβ!!! Love it! Thatβs a nice contribution to COGH relay. Youβll be taking us steadily up the mountain valley, so lots of elevation there.π
This is probably an extremely stupid question π but I've seen several posts with the description "cheeky" run, cheeky 5k or whatever... Does it have a special meaning for running? π
