Well this morning had all motivation to run 10k was going so well got me sen ready open the door started jogging .wow the wather is ok not to bad at all .about 10 min down the road only f### the winds come out of no wear its was like i joging on the spot not even exaggerating then the rain came down in bucket loads don't mind the rain but I hate the wind full stop . So in the end I managed 6k bit disappointed but never mind just one of them morning

I feel for you, had similar run yesterday. Running into the wind such effort then I had a sudden blast from the side and wind pushed right foot so I kicked left ankle gees. But hey, 6k is 6k so very well done. Happy running
The way the weather has been I'm amazed actually how many of us still get out to run at all. Your 6k is brilliant in those conditions and I know what it's like as the weather was bad on my run yesterday .
