So cold this morning, for the first time ever I didn't strip down to my vest during my run 😁. Even sped up a bit to try to get a sweat on! Wanted to fit in a run before this weekend's storm. Is that a thing now, every weekend has a storm? 😢

Lovely little dash though - the 15 minuter from the magic 10 plan. Felt so at ease knowing I didn't have to rein myself in to a pace I can sustain for long periods, so had fun going at a faster clip than usual. No fancy speedwork, no clock watching, just round the block & back for breakfast 😊

Hope everyone else's runs today are easy, breezy, & have good food at the end!

Sounds bliss, blowing a hooly here. My next run will have to be before storm hits tomorrow- may be short and wet. Happy running

As I’m just running for an annual total I don’t mind squeezing in short runs. Also just discovered I can run steeper slopes so desperate to get out and repeat 🤣🤣 today the fire is lit and I have loads of sitting activities lined up around me - happens so seldom.

Well done, sounds like a great run. The weather this weekend is looking terrible which is such a shame.

I too had a good run this morning but am still stripping off, so to speak. 2 degrees and it felt great. 😊
