Oh Wow. Thank you so much roseabi , I love the photo from the Air. I was looking at it, thinking, I don't remember taking that shot from my Microlight. It looks a little late in the evening for me to be at that altitude.
Thanks everyone for all the lovely comments. I look forward to helping out in any way I can. I have found this community to be so warm, friendly, inspirational and no doubt has kept myself and many others running when we may have otherwise given up. I was amazed last year when I sent out a little post here, telling the community that I was travelling to Bristol to do my first UK parkrun, and some of you lovely peeps traveled for miles to meet us at Eastville park. The online community here is exactly the way all social media and online communication should be conducted. It is a beacon. And only because of all the amazing people here. But of course that is only natural as the nicest people are runners. Happy running and thanks again for the invitation. I'll wear my new badge with pride.
