Started with 5k this week at parkrun then a tough and hilly 2.5k on Tuesday, and couldn’t get out again until today. That was a tough run, the hill back to my house is a killer, not sure if I’m pushing on too soon though and whether I should stick to 5k for a while

Great job glentoran, looks like you’re going great guns there! Well done. Ju-Ju said on the main thread the the plan wasn’t prescriptive, so I guess you can do it all however it all works best for you 👍
Happy running 🏃♂️

Great time glentoran! Maybe trying to go too fast? You may feel better about the longer distance if you slow it down a bit.
im not sure I can go any slower, that was me slowing way down from my usual (about 1 min/km slower than my last 5k run, I'm tall with long legs. Hills are a killer!! might keep the short runs in the plan for the hills and keep flat for the longer ones see how that goes
