Wow! I started logging everything on Strava so I could get a guage of how I am doing since week 8. I ran with the couch to 5k+ stamina podpcast this morning for the first time and set new personal bests on 5k, 2 miles, 1 mile, 1k 1/2 mile and 400m. I am so pleased. It felt hard at points, probably trying to run to the beat as I'm quite tall, (others have mentioned that tending to define how hard people found the stepping stone podcast). Thanks for the podcasts, tips and community on here, feeling a real buzz this morning!
Looking forward to the bridge to 10k challenge for the next 8 weeks.

Well done, you sound like you are ready for the 10k plan. Relax and enjoy, it really is fun hitting those new distances. Keep the speed for the short runs though, you have forever to set new distance times. Happy running
