It was cool when I headed out this morning but wanted to do another 10k. Picked my route and headed off. This route included going up what the locals call Holy Hell Hill! Was doing fine but half way up I started to feel sick! Slowed down to almost a walk and kept on. Yes reached the top so next bit was great down hill😁. Was ignoring my Garmin as just wanted to complete the run. 10k done and when I downloaded onto Strava 7 achievements!! PB for 10k, 2 mile, 1 mile 1/2 mile and 1k! Don’t know how but very excited. Left hip aching now but I’ll rest for a day. 🥳. Happy running everyone and stay safe at this horrid time.

I go to a walking club on a Thursday and run a parkrun on a Saturday, both are off now but I still go a walk, usually around 8K on a Thursday myself and on a Saturday I run a "virtual 5K parkrun" at the time the parkruns are on in Scotland, which is 9.30 am.
👏👍when the going gets tough the tough keep going!!!! You did so well to continue to the end...have a good rest but sure the happy hormones will dissolve all the aches and pains! 🎈
