As of yesterday my neck and shoulder pain seems to have gone away. I hadn't ran since Wednesday so I decided to run today. I wanted to do the same route as last Monday as last week it didn't upload to garmin connect. So fingers crossed off I went and came back and it uploaded fine.
Happy running people😊😊

Delighted to know that your neck and shoulder pain has now gone, that was another good run for you this morning, good time as well and the Garmin uploaded too.
Good news on both counts Buddy. 👍😀 No neck pain and your run uploaded. It would have been disappointing if it hadn’t again. You’d need to run it a 3rd time! 😅
I'm really going to re learn myself to slow down like we were always told doing c25k. I was quite exhausted after that run . I'm not intentionally going fast it's just the way I run .
Very sensible. Since spending time on the IC I always try to run well within myself, and I still see all kinds of small incremental improvements in my general health over time without the need to push myself when running.
Although today I do feel quite tired after my 10K run - so I still have a lot to learn, I think!
I think so. I think the 10K also helped me with the 5K. Saturday for the first time after I ran a 5K I couldn't tell I'd been for a run - went out for a 5 mile walk. Today I've been in town (London town) and somehow clocked up 24,000 steps, walking around at speed, and with no fatigue. This running lark is good for you!
Oh Buddy you’ve put me to shame! You have done brilliantly👏👏🏃♀️You have inspired me no end!
Excellent time! I’m so pleased that your not suffering any more and your Garmin did it’s job!
Wednesday is warmer so I shall be running then and hopefully do maybe 5 miles or maybe 6🧐🧐
I finished c25k on 15th February 2019 I always said I couldn't go further than 5k. But just continuing to read the posts on here eventually I thought I would give it a go. Now I'm saying I don't think I could go any further than 10k. But you never know🤣
