Just seen my 2019 stats. I ran for 79 Hours and covered 779 Kilometres. Just barely averaged out at sub 30 5K for the year.π
Saturday was the day of the week I ran the most. Wonder why that is? Something to do with a park I think. π€

Excellent Damien it really is. I was only one in front with 780k.
Oh yes you love your parkrun , then why wouldn't you . πππββοΈπββοΈ
Well done Buddy. You just pipped me to the post. Letβs see if we cross 800 kilometres this year.
Do you think we could round it off to 1000kπ€£
I only missed 2 weeks altogether in the whole year and did a few 10Kβs and 36 parkruns. 1000K might be pushing it. Iβll aim for 800.π₯΅
Congratulations on those stats Damien, yes I think all those parkruns you have ran have helped you to get to that magic 779 Kilometres. π ππΎ
Spooky. I ran 779.23km.
I haven't added up the hours on my spreadsheet.
But my running days will be pretty evenly spread because I usually run on Mondays, Wednesdays and parkrun days.
Still haven't got near to sub 30. Best time was 32.01 in June 2018 almost on the anniversary of my first day of C25K. Best time in 2019 was 33.41 (twice - two weeks apart at different parkruns)
Just looked at Strava - 783km, 101 hours, Monday, probably because I tend to do my longer runs on Mondays.
Thanks for prompting me to look it up.
Wow that's amazing I am not sure how far I went because I only got a watch/running apps in November, but my hiking app says I did 228 miles having started couch to 5k in June sometime!
Well done! X
Impressive numbers Damien. π
And something else for me to aim for as a novice runner. π

Fantastic effort, long way to run and great times.
