Yesterday, I think it was, someone, somewhere talked about doing the Adrienne 30 day January live yoga challenge. I thought and thought that I'd quite like to do yoga every other day so I can alternate with my running. I was basically talking myself out of it because I've tried Adrienne, loved it, but only ever got to day 6. Today, I thought I should give it a go but can't find the details! Can anyone tell me where I can find it and how to sign up or whatever it is I have to do. Definitely want to strengthen my body this year so now's the time to commit!

I've never tried yoga before, but if it helps my running then I'll give it a go. Good luck!
Great that you found the link 59er . I only suggested it (on the Strength and Flex forum) because I know some HUers who already use Adriene, and I have too for the last couple of years. Her 30 day challenges are the perfect addition to our running training, and I thought going live with her new one in January would be fun for anyone interested on here. 👍🧘♀️😀

I’ve signed up too... not so keen on the 6:00am start New Year’s Day ... presumably I can just do it later
