I promised myself I would run a 10k on each Monday of December. So today was my 4th 10k.
Quite windy and rainy but pleasant for running in .
I'm really chuffed as I've knocked nearly 2 minutes off my 10k pb .

Wow, well done, thatβs fantastic running! In my dreams, thatβs me next year πππΌββοΈ
Yes it will be Jazzyrunner. I graduated in February 2019 and stayed with 5k as I really didn't think I could go any further. But do you know what inspired me to eventually push myself , it was reading the folks posts on here getting to that 10k. I thought I would give it a try . π
Wow thatβs awesome Buddy. Soo soo impressed. Keep it up ππ»
Wow well done, that is some commitment and achievement. π₯³.
Well done! 1h for 10km is looking closer. What is your 5k pb?
29.56 . Got that at parkrun where it's really flat I think. No flat running where I stay there is always a hill or an incline π€£
Well done. Jealous of the time! π€£
Congratulations to you Buddy34 on that new PB 10K time of. 1.04.44, four seems to be your lucky number today, I think you could get a even better time if you ran the Drumpelliier parkrun course twice.
I intend to run my 5th 10K run on the 10th day of Christmas which is the 3rd January, I will run my next 5K on the 5th day of Christmas which is the 29th December π π .
I was through in Edinburgh this morning, walked up Calton Hill then around the Edinburgh π€Ά π Christmas Market.
Well done Buddy really good time . Hoping to achieve 10k myself on Wednesday morning.
Proper speedy! ππππππππ
Fantastic effort once again. Have you signed up for a race in 2020 you sound like you are really ready for one.
Not yet Grannytobe π π
Letting the side down buddy π I foolishly signed up for a 10k road race at Durness as park of the cape wrath challenge week . It will be a real challenge for me as it's on the road, part of the nc500 route so avoiding tourists with camper vans. You can be my vrb that would give me the impetus to keep going on the hills.
Thatβs amazing, i canβt wait til we run for longer just canβt believe how many calories you use, my highest is almost 400 and i thought that was exciting
Fantastic buddy34. Xx π π»π
Oh Buddy34 that's fantastic!

Wow thatβs fantastic, well done you. Huge respect for your commitment ππHave a great Xmas
What a great run Buddy. Well done - a PB for Xmas is a lovely bonus. Merry Christmas π
Well done on your new PB - 2 mins off a previous 10k PB is fab!!ππ
Well done, I found running 10 k was easy when I adjusted my pace to something doable. Slow is good!
That's great! Only managed 10k once so far but hoping to make it once a month (to start with) in the new year.
