So it would seem it's my turn to discover the IC.

My eldest was up in the night being sick, then I woke up this morning doing the same. GREAT! 😠

Gutted to have missed PR today but fingers crossed we've got everything out of the system and I'll be able to start Week 6 with a 5K tomorrow. 🤞
