Wow i can't believe I made it on Saturday am a 10k run. Wow it feels amazing. Thank you to all who have encouraged me.

Congratulations, well done you, still celebrating I take it. I must admit a bit of glee on Saturday as I encouraged my 27 year old niece to keep going with c25k while telling her I'd just done 10 😉
