I started this journey on Bridge to 10 k (not coach to 5k) as I was already running a bit.
I am finding the Ju Ju magic plan demanding in a good way. Gets you to run more regularly and know that you are building up distance and speed. Atm the exercises on Health Unlocked are keeping my knees stable and the community has helped me see that speed is not important. (As a write that I know I still really want to run faster rather than my slow plod )
Still at a very early stage, completing week 1 yesterday. This forum is an inspiration to keep going and the range of runs help make things seem possible. Just 3k the aim on Monday seems good!
As an older participant I have also had to find out more about Strava and Mapmyrun as well as on line forums (this is my first). I still cannot imagine how you capture a photo for Strava while running but maybe this will come as well. (?)
Good luck everyone. See you on the journey.

I confess most of mine come out sideways or blurred! I have got the occasional good one on the hoof but recently have taken to stopping for a second or two.
Well done starting ju Ju's plan its fantastic. Pre starting running I had tricky knees, one year in, following c25k then ju Ju's plan I reached, 5k, 10k and 10miles with no knee issues. I put that down to the slow build up of distance and not aiming too fast with my running. Enjoy the plan. Happy running 🤗
My name changed to this when my 1st grandchild was born at the end of February - turns out it was a great name to choose at this time of social distancing.
