So today was run 3 of week 6 in Ju Ju’s plan which is 9km.
It feels scary the thought of running that far for that long. I was anxious wondering if I would make it, would I injure myself etc, but I dit it and I didn’t injure myself and I put that solely down to the really helpful advice and support I’ve received from people here.
Two more weeks to go, 10km here I come.
FYI I ran the 9km in 1 hour 4 minutes and 53 seconds. Legs a bit tired but lungs fine! 😀

Steady as you go... relax into the runs now, you know that you and the legs are capable of getting to that 10K ,,, all you need to do now is believe it. Cannot wait for your 10K post !
