So today was run 3 of week 6 in Ju Ju’s plan which is 9km.
It feels scary the thought of running that far for that long. I was anxious wondering if I would make it, would I injure myself etc, but I dit it and I didn’t injure myself and I put that solely down to the really helpful advice and support I’ve received from people here.
Two more weeks to go, 10km here I come.
FYI I ran the 9km in 1 hour 4 minutes and 53 seconds. Legs a bit tired but lungs fine! 😀
