An evening run

Pap17 here got out tonight on this relatively cold early evening run alone this week for a Friday and decided to just run Strava and my music. A little disappointed that it didn’t break the hour for the 10K missing out by 23 seconds. Still achieved 2nd best time but was hoping for below as all the times announced by Strava seem to be good. Oh well maybe next time.

Good run for you this evening Papillon17, I notice that your moving/running time was 1 hour, 3 minutes and 45 seconds, not sure about 23 seconds, anyway, I am sure it won't be long before you can get a sub 60 minutes 10K 🏃🏾 👍.

Thanks AllMorr Yes that was for the total distance of 6.51 miles, the 10K was flagged by Strava as second best time 1 hour 23seconds I have one below at 58mins

Very nice! Well chilled and definitely fresh. 😄😄 I ran this morning (not so far) and was surprised at a slower-than-sometimes time. I think it was possibly a bit TOO fresh. 🤣 Never mind. You’ll be under that hour very soon, I think. 👍 Happy running.

I have had one under an hour the rest have been a few minutes over just so close 23 seconds over
