Where did I put my gloves?🧤

I had to miss a run this week already because of work, missing another due to the weather was not an option, but bloody hell it was colder than I expected. 🥶🥶

Are we ever happy with the weather? I like chilly, but this one was painfully cold, especially my hands. I thought they would never warm up, then when they started to I wished they hadn't 😫

It was slippy underfoot in places, thank goodness for head and body lights, at least I got a glistening warning.

If you are going out today have a good one, but do be careful 🤩

No, no, no, not a wimp at all! It is all relative. I have great breathable winter run gear so I can run in the temperatures I do and we acclimate to the temperatures fairly quick. In all honesty, -15 is pretty decent for our winters, especially when it's not windy. It just means I get to buy a lot more kit than some 😆

I thought my eyeballs were going to freeze.

Great you managed a run even though it was slippy and yes back to being freezing. I had 8 degrees on Monday and Wednesday run to its -3 again.

Yes, I have to wear gloves in the cold, have arthritis in the hands, you wouldn't know it to look at them, but I know it, they can feel stiff, clicky & painful.

Maybe we will get a nice Winters running tale poem from old floss soon, she's good at those.. 😉
