Well today was the day to complete my c210k and I did it πππ cannot tell you how amazing I feel at this precise moment!!!!!
I was amazed at continuing 5k but so glad I pushed myself to progress to the 10K even though not at 10 k yet !!!
What are everyone thoughts on my continued journey carry on with 3 runs at the same or drop one run down to a 5k thank you all for all your continued support it really makes a difference β€οΈ

Congratulations with your progress, go celebrate. I really mix my runs up some shorter, some longer. I set myself monthly targets so that every run counts. Happy running π€

Well done! I ave also just ran my first 10k this week so I know how you feel. I wasnβt sure what to do next either but I have found a plan. If you want to progress to 10 miles. Itβs the Bupa 10 mile programme if you want to google it.
