One year ago I started the plan and thanks the all the support and advice this forum provides, I have run over 1000km over the year. I’ve done many 10k races, and run four half marathons. All of this has been injury free. I just want to say a big thank you to all of the kind and supportive members of these groups, and of course, the amazing parkrun organisation.

Wow! I see that you have lost 60lbs on Keto as well as now being a really confident runner. Fantastic! You must feel so very different! Congratulations! 🍾🥂🏅👏🏻😊🎉👍🌟 💥⚡️ 🏃🏻🤸♂️🏃🏻🤸♂️🏃🏻🤸♂️Just amazing! Any hints on why you managed to stay injury free?
Congratulations that's a massive amount of running. We need you and your knowledge leading us forward. Here's to your next 1000k
Congratulations, excellent, that is so good to hear from you that you have ran 1000km in your first year, injury free, wow, onwards and upwards, injury free to your next 1000K.
What a wonderful acheivement in such a short time! 💪 Happy C25K anniversary - keep on running!🙂
Great stuff. As a recent C25K graduate it's quite inspiring. Like I expect many I hope to achieve something similar, at least in terms of distance run. Although I've decided to volunteer myself for the IC for the next couple of weeks, it's encouraging to read you managed to do all that and remain injury free.
Wow just superb, well done you!!
Amazing I don’t know how you have managed to achieve such giddy heights ! You must be 20 yrs younger than me I expect ! Well done on your achievements 🙌
