Help!

Having swapped my morning run for an extended dog walk (behaviour problems - dog, not me😁) I'm finding it hard to get motivated to start running again. Last year I graduated and so enjoyed it.

Some words of encouragement and/or a kick up the backside please 🥺. Thanks!

You’ve done it once! What was the reason for stopping? Have you tried parkrun? Or a running club? I’ve been running since March this at and I can’t ever imagine not running now 😢

Join a local running club? A nice friendly one that runs c25k courses. Then you'll have a time scheduled at least once a week. Or reschedule the dog at least one day a week, don't let this slip away if it's important to you.

Get out that door ➡️ 🏃‍♀️😅

You’re sure to enjoy it once you’re out there! Go on, give it a go - and tell us how much you loved it! 😅😅

Just get out there for some nice comfortable runs and the bug will soon be back once your body remembers how good it feels

Make yourself accountable and maybe write a run report...You can draft it while you're running. You won't regret getting out for your runs!

Good luck😊xx
