I think I have to confess that I've lied to you all. Don't worry, most of my posts and comments have been 100% truthful, but when I responded to a poll about the time of day I prefer running I said 'first thing in the morning'. That's rubbish! I have to run in the morning in summer before it gets too hot here, but a couple of weeks ago I went out after work for my 4K on Ju-Ju's plan, and it was so much easier - all my joints were working, the sun was starting to set and all felt right with the world. The only downside is that there is less of the day to enjoy the endorphin effects.
So apologies for skewing the statistics, but I PREFER running in the evening. xxx

I lied too... I was naturally an evening runner, but now I like early afternoon much more. I’m sure some other liars have gone the other way to compensate for us... so long as this place is full of liars the stats will still be good 🤣🤣
🤣🤣🤣 we all tell porkies on the polls... I'm sure I ticked one saying I wasn't gonna do more than 10k... and one saying I wasn't planning to go past HM... etc 👍🏻🤣🤣🤣
Oh yes I’ve lied too - about never running more than 10k because that would be plenty for me. Yeah right! I’ve run HM distance and I’m also down for the London Marathon ballot (although I’m secretly hoping I don’t get in because it’s MILES)!!
You need to put your pants out cos they're on fire 😂
I prefer the horribly early mornings to run but sometimes I just like my sleep more so I head out later. Sundays I go in tbe afternoon so I lied too 1/3 of the time : )
