This afternoon did float pod. First 10 mins thought I would not like it. But just drifted about and soaked up the Epsom salts. Knees feel better. Signed up for more. Let's see how tomorrow's run goes

Is that a flotation tank thing Roni?
Yes. I was given a voucher to try it. 700 litres of water full of Epsom salts. I remembered UTS has a soak in an Epsom salt bath post long run. I do think it works, my knees feel less achy today. It is absolutely belting it down here today and even I have taken a rain check on a run so I don't know yet if it has made a real difference.
Bit weird at first but I have booked more.
