Thanks Fiona, I was really looking forward to running it virtually all together but hey ho that's the way this running lark goes.

It did feel a bit like a kick in the teeth when my running number arrived in the post. But I'm so glad I've got time to get sorted and will have it as a goal to aim for.

Are your having better luck this week getting out?

I did a 45 minute run the other day but yesterday, for no apparent reason, my back went out. So I've been in a bit of a sorry state today. Hopefully it will ease off tomorrow. What are we like? 🤕 On the bright side, it didn't stop me from tottering down to the vaccine centre to get my 2nd dose!!!! Walk helped loosen me up a bit.
