Hi everyone, I graduated exactly a year ago from C25k running about 4k in 30mn. This was hard and running remains hard. I have now achieved running 8k this summer and feel incredibly proud. In fact very few things in life made me this proud, probably because it remains a huge challenge, and I can proudly say....I am a runner (and never thought I would be!).

It’s amazing how we become the things we’d never though possible, such is the beauty of our willpower!

Well done. It’s amazing the difference a year makes. I’m running over 2 years now and I love it. I’m still learning and loving the challenge.

Yes you’re a runner and you should be very proud of that. Imagine running 8k when you started your running journey! Amazing achievement isn’t it? 👊💪👍
So keep running and keep feeling proud! 😀
