Had my 2nd sports massage yesterday & after 7bweeks of no running its nearly healed, hooray!!

Back to c25k as rehab, very very slowly on Monday πŸ‘πŸ€—

I'm starting to think that, when it comes to looking after ourselves ready for running, we should be thinking more "thoroughbred" than, "rhinoceros"!

Good luck. I had a hamstring sprain about 7 weeks ago and although I’m still seeing my physio I’m back up and running at tempo pace - still need more time before I can get back into pace/strides.

Don’t forget the strengthening exercises - my physio gave me one called the Nordic hamstring stretch youtu.be/TO47AQuYphE
