I know what you mean and "no". I'm currently stuck on the IC for some time but I'm still trying to figure out which events I'll be able to enter.
It was going well then i pumped up our grand daughters paddling pool! Maybe not running fit just yet π―
Oops! Maybe you could put that one down to global warming?
I'm starting to think that, when it comes to looking after ourselves ready for running, we should be thinking more "thoroughbred" than, "rhinoceros"!

Good luck. I had a hamstring sprain about 7 weeks ago and although Iβm still seeing my physio Iβm back up and running at tempo pace - still need more time before I can get back into pace/strides.
Donβt forget the strengthening exercises - my physio gave me one called the Nordic hamstring stretch youtu.be/TO47AQuYphE
