A small 3.5km run today. First in 2 weeks. Where did the time go? I was pretty fast today (for me), even though I thought I’d started out very steady.

I’ve got another case of iritis, so spent Sat morning at the eye hospital instead of Parkrun 🙁. Also came home on the back of a low loader yesterday... evilution.co.uk/886 🙁

I love my little Smart car, but strongly suspect it’s cooked.

Not sure how I’m going to get to Sale Water Parkrun next week to meet lexi6 and Runningroni , and anyone else who’s planning on going. Will keep you posted...

Somehow doesn’t seem that bad after the threat of the dam going 2weeks ago and everyone’s homes being threatened. It is only a tin box on wheels after all. Humph! 🚙

I was brought home by ‘Big Man Toby 9 Toes’. (He has 10 but one doesn’t work since it got chopped off and reattached). The whole thing was rather an adventure. Not my favourite kind, but no one was hurt, so hey ho.

Oh! Baddie thats a sad sight, your poor little car, hope it can be fixed. ☹️More important that you take care of that eye though, sounds sore. Hopefully you can still do Sale, if not might be another one you can make we will be in Wilmslow from 18 Sept to 24 Sept. 🤞

Fingers crossed for the car Baddie. Just properly read that link about the belt and the car turning off when foot on the brake, really struggling with that feature on our rental at the moment.
