Very British Problems goes to parkrun
Ha thatβs brilliant! Iβm not a park runner but that really made me chuckle!
That made me giggle...
None yet but got a huge sweaty hug from an 80yr old gentleman for keeping him going. He and I were playing cat and mouse for 2/3 of the run on Saturday and then he beat me by a second with his long legs!
However a 50 T-shirt would be good. Only 25 left to go π
π as a veteran of 2 runs, not guilty of any of them; yet. Could generate a list of my own swimming pool mishaps though, like ending up with my hand trapped underneath a ladyβs shoulder strap through doing back stroke in an overcrowded pool!! Fortunately she laughed like a drain! π₯΅
After only 3 Parkruns nos 8 and 9 !!!ππππ
I high-fived a volunteer marshall on my first one, she wasn't expecting or wanting to, and kept me hanging and jogging on the spot for what felt like foreverπ...
No. 1 too , but not kebab just waking with that cheese and wine feeling...now abstaining on Friday nightsπ
Thanks for posting this Sandie it made me chuckle πxxx
Bahahaha! π€£π€£π€£ I love Very British Problems! Heβs already 100% correct!
Love it. ππ
Iβm guilty of being on a first name basis with most of the runners. But iβm In Canada and an ED.π
9 for sure!
So love that! No 9! Last Saturday at our parkrun, second placegetter was a youngish man pushing his baby in a buggy and I hadnβt even reached the half way point by the time heβd finished! π
Haha, brilliant!
