I can’t believe NO London Parkruns have had permission to return yet. That’s 57 Parkruns! If that doesn’t get the government to intervene then there really is something wrong.

Oh dear, not the news we want to hear Birdlady, I am seriously in need of some real humans to run alongside. Considering how clever we humans can be it’s quite shocking how incredibly daft we are sometimes 🙄

Thanks for the link an interesting but depressing article although to be honest I'm not really at all surprised. I've never done an actual park run I've been doing the virtual ones though and I'm not sure if I'd like running with others or not but it would be good to have a choice.I love that prisoners do Parkrun that is brilliant 😊

Just flipping (that was a swear word but I removed it because we don’t swear on here) ridiculous isn’t it? go and get boozy inside a pub where you’re couching in a room full of people but not outside in the fresh air, absolutely stupid, oh and the bit about what temperature everyone needs to wash their running gear? yup council stupidity may be ours as our scrubs have to be washed daily at 60 degrees, which means we all look a wrinkled mess but hey.... council thinks it keeps us safe!!!

I know, but hey, we have to leave them at work and change when we get there and change when we leave too so it’s not my hot water.... no wonder the councils are almost bankrupt. I dream of the wonderful day when I get to the end of a long day and don’t have to go and change my clothes before i can go home
