The other day on the couch to 5km app I found a new part, beyond 5km. There's 3 different runs all coached by Steve Cram. I tried the one called stepping stones at parkrun yesterday, enjoyed it. Five mins walk warm up, 35 mins run, 5 mins cool down. Was good will try again.
