Thanks to advice on here, I played with the runners world pace thingy and it suggested for training I should be running at 9.01 min/km but that sounds impossible - I like a challenge. I’ve also been really slack recently and am running a 10k race in 2 weeks so thought I would take this advice and get out there. At some point after 6km my watch said it had a low battery and i’ve never seen this before so didn’t know how much longer it would keep recording so I stopped it and started it again. But then I didn’t know exactly how much over 6k I had already done. So apparently I did two runs. I ran the whole time. So super happy with myself, but now my daughters want me to take them shopping 😱
