Off into the woods, intending a nice little out and back, maybe getting to 5k if all went ok. At the halfway point, thought I'd take a path back through the trees rather than the open ride I was on, and promptly got lost. I know, I should know better by now π You can't get really lost because there's an A-road running through, but it meant I had l little longer back, so I kept going until I got to the main path at 5.4km, then had a nice looooonnngg cool down walk back to the car. π€π€£π€£π€£ So, I'm a happy (but tired) bunny π

You are a tired bunny, you got lost in the woods, that reminds me of Little Red Riding Hood, at least there were no wolves around, nevertheless, you enjoyed your run today, that is the main thing. π π
Yay, well done grumps. Lovely run. Managed my 3.5k comeback without incident, other than getting mixed up in a dog fight!! You are back on songπππββοΈπββοΈππ
Not my dog π so I am not stressed by it...just told them βenoughβ and that stopped it..one had a wound though..left the owners to sort it out after things calmed down.
Works with dogs anyway! We have hard large dogs for 20 years or so, so dogs donβt frighten me; they are usually grateful for an excuse to disengage. Often itβs the owners you have to watch out for!!
I've checked my run now, and I somehow crossed the path I should have turned down π€... Hey ho! Yep, maybe breadcrumbs will help, they'll fit into Al's fairytale scenario anyway π
Now 10k would have been something! π In the time B.R. (before running) it would never have occurred to me to wander off alone without an ordnance survey map, or a friend with a sense of direction. Now I happily trot off into the woods all by myself π funny thing this running lark.
