Race for Life - I did it!

Having started in January from never having run, I ran Cambridge 10K today with my lovely friend. We crossed the line in 55 minutes and I could not be happier - perhaps you can tell!!!

So am I, watching it on BBC 1

I have had quite a active few days, on Friday I ran a 5K, on Saturday I walked about 8 kilometers, this morning I went for a 15 Kilometre 🚴 cycle ride, so both of us have a good excuse for sitting down and listening /watching the Women's World Cup Final. 😊

Yes, he’s come home this afternoon but before during and after the race she was getting texts about the next test etc they were doing so really didn’t know what was happening whilst running with me. And he is a super fit ultra marathon runner type too...
